Role Overview
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive.
The role manages billing processes, invoice accuracy, payment processing support, and related finance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices based on services or products provided.
- Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with finance for timely payment processing.
- Maintain records of transactions, payments, and credits.
- Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly billing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal billing regulations.
- Assist with auditing and account reconciliation.
- Complete other billing-related tasks as assigned.
