Job Summary
Manage contractor and client bills for real estate construction projects.
Ensure accurate quantity measurements, billing records, financial accuracy, and project compliance.
Coordinate with project, procurement, accounts, and contracts teams for timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify contractor RA bills, final bills, and client bills.
- Measure executed work against approved drawings and BOQs.
- Prepare quantity calculations and reconciliation statements.
- Verify site work before processing bills and coordinate work certifications.
- Track progress against approved BOQs and contract values.
- Prepare variation statements and additional work claims.
- Assist with cost control, budget monitoring, monthly billing MIS, and project cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Experience with RA bills, final bills, and contractor billing.
- Understanding of civil construction methods and project execution.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and MIS.
