Billing Analyst

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze project costs and variances between budget, forecast, and actual expenditures.
• Organize job cost review meetings and assist with monthly forecast updates.
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on client approvals.
• Review purchase orders and code and reconcile payments in JD Edwards.
• Prepare documentation for accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Manage multiple priorities and perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in billing, project accounting, or similar accounting roles is required.
• Exposure to the accounting cycle, financial reporting, billing, and account reconciliations is required.
• A basic understanding of end-to-end financial processes is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
