About the Role
SOSi is seeking an experienced Billeting Coordinator to support a facilities maintenance contract at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. You will manage billeting requirements, reservations, inventory, and supervise maintenance and supplies.

Responsibilities
- Manage bulk of site billeting requirements, perform tasks related to reservations, inventory, and control of related assets
- Reconcile and coordinate records for inbound and outbound personnel
- Ensure maintenance and update of billeting portion of customer website
- Plan room accommodation for conference attendees in CENTCOM facilities and USAF Transient Facilities when capacity exceeded
- Manage Bed Down Plans, room key control, custodial upkeep, linen supplies, and check in/check out procedures
- Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings of CFH Dorms and DVQs
- Maintain accountability of all furnishings/equipment
- Report occupancy status and submit work order repair tickets

- Active in scope Secret clearance
- At least five years of directly related or relevant experience

- SOSi is seeking an experienced Billeting Coordinator to support a Facilities Maintenance and Material Support contract at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
- Manages bulk of site billeting requirements, performs tasks related to reservations, inventory, and control of related assets, including reconciliation and coordination of records for inbound and outbound personnel.
- Responsible for ensuring maintenance and update of billeting portion of customer website.
- Plans room accommodation for conference attendees in CENTCOM facilities as well as USAF Transient Facilities when capacity exceeded.
- Manages Bed Down Plans, room key control, custodial upkeep, linen supplies, and check in/check out procedures.
- Supervises maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings of CFH Dorms and DVQs.
- Maintains accountability of all furnishings/equipment.

- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope Secret clearance.
- At least five years of directly related or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Air Force or Army culture, language, and expectations for mission success.
Work Environment
- Environment is very arid, dusty and dry. Deployed personnel will be exposed to extreme heat over long periods.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
