Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager Mortgage Operations, the Mortgage Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting originations by providing customer service for the appraisal and income review function.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively both verbally and written, to internal and external stakeholders (including appraisers, employers) to ensure timely accurate results.
- Keeps accurate reports to help minimize and identify fraud.
- Maintains and utilizes reports to track and manage deals in pipeline, be responsible for meeting document review timelines (SLAs.)
- Manages and maintains condition management.
- Updates the CRR/AML Score Card on a regular, timely basis.
- Acts as an influential contributor, supports more junior team members and Underwriters as needed.
- Adheres to all Bank, business area and AML/ATF policies and procedures.
- Manages the onboarding of potential new appraisers, to Haventree Bank’s Approved Appraisers List.
- Maintains the FSA list on Haventree Bank’s internal site, and the Broker Portal, to ensure they are current and up to date.
