Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, patients, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Loveena Maison's luxury standards
- Manage in person, phone, email, and WhatsApp communications
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and aesthetic treatment schedules
- Confirm bookings and support clients throughout their journey before, during, and after their appointments
- Provide personalized assistance to ensure clients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for during their visit
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, forms, and administrative documentation
- Support the commercial and operational teams with daily administrative activities
- Ensure the reception and client areas remain immaculate and aligned with the brand's luxury image
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Contribute to client retention by delivering an exceptional, attentive, and welcoming experience
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and service oriented profile
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Professional appearance and presentation suitable for a luxury environment
