- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules
- Confirm bookings and support clients throughout their journey
- Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation
- Support commercial and operational teams with daily activities
- Ensure reception and client areas are immaculate
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and service oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance suitable for luxury environment

- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and service oriented profile.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and presentation suitable for luxury environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in aesthetic clinics, cosmetic medicine, luxury hospitality, private aviation, concierge services, or premium brands.
- Experience in multicultural environments.
- Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
