- Plan and oversee end to end delivery of assigned projects of moderate complexity
- Define project scope, deliverables, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans
- Determine resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Monitor project delivery against timelines and ensure timely completion
- Oversee activities of project team members and monitor task completion
- Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Create business cases for funding with clear and precise information
Requirements
- Community college diploma in architectural technology, construction technology, or engineering technology
- 3 to 5 years of project management work experience
- Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within specifications
- Strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to create project schedules and class D estimates independently

Knowledge & Skills
- Community college diploma in architectural technology, construction technology, or engineering technology required
- University degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred
- 3 to 5 years of project management work experience
- Proven ability in delivering projects on time, on budget
- Project budget management experience
- Project risk mitigation and management experience
- Strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Client management and service orientation
- Project team leadership experience
- Vendor management experience
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- High sense of urgency
Compensation
- Salary range: CAD 77,259 CAD 96,573 per annum
