Role Overview
The Solution Engineer implements and customizes the Incorta analytics platform to meet complex customer requirements.
The role combines technical delivery, consultative thinking, customer collaboration, and communication.
The engineer serves as a trusted advisor helping customers use Incorta’s capabilities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Implement the Incorta platform according to business requirements and project objectives.
- Define analytics strategies with customers and align them with Incorta’s technical capabilities.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions for varied use cases and industries.
- Estimate implementation and integration scope and level of effort.
- Prepare detailed technical design documentation.
- Support customer and partner onboarding through configuration and guidance.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams in a cross-functional environment.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 4 years of experience implementing analytics or business intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with complex data models.
- Experience leading or supporting technical implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Linux server administration and cloud environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to changing environments.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to R, SAS, or Apache Spark is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion is a strong plus.
- Consulting, client-facing, or SaaS experience is highly desirable.
