Strong Power BI and wider Power Platform skills, including advanced DAX, Power Query and dimensional data modelling
Practical experience working with Dynamics 365 finance data, including its structure and reporting implications
Experience gained working directly within a Finance function, or in close partnership with one, is strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong Excel skills and a solid grounding in core financial concepts including P&L, balance sheet, budgeting and forecasting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
Experience in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment advantageous
Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or a finance or data related degree
Familiarity with SQL, Power Automate, Python or version control / deployment pipelines
