Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening (UDS).
• Must maintain a minimum of one (1) year of continuous sobriety from alcohol and illicit substances.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.

• Understanding of substance use disorders, recovery principles, and trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during crisis situations.
• Strong observation, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy, integrity, and commitment to client recovery.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to respond quickly during emergencies and crisis situations.
• Ability to transport clients and operate company vehicles safely.

• Full-Time / Part-Time; Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekend, and Holiday shifts may be required.
