Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping people understand their options and make confident decisions?

Fisher Organization is expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Benefits Representatives.

In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families, learn about their needs, explain available benefit and life insurance solutions, and help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development to help you build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

Meet virtually with individuals and families

Learn about clients' needs and priorities

Explain available benefit and life insurance solutions

Conduct virtual presentations and answer client questions

Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up with prospective and existing clients

Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Work toward individual performance and career-development goals

Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$100,000 based on performance.

This is a commission-based sales position with no guaranteed base salary . Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance.

Licensing

Because this position involves life insurance sales, candidates selected to move forward must obtain the appropriate state life insurance license.

No previous insurance experience is required. Guidance and support are provided throughout the licensing process.

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license
Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
No previous insurance experience required — training is provided
