Provide guidance on leave programs, disability claims, and retirement benefits.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Maintain benefits configuration within HRIS and benefits administration systems.
Participate in system testing for benefit plan changes and enhancements.
Ensure data integrity between HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
Support special projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
5–8+ years of benefits administration/compliance/vendor management experience, preferably in a multi-site organization.
Experience managing health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and leave programs.
Experience working with ADP Workforce Now and benefits administration systems.
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR)
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
Reports To: Sr. Director, Total Rewards & HR Technology Location: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site)
