Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance and use guest names when available.
• Liaise with the front desk for arrivals and departures.
• Assist with driveway management and vehicle doors.
• Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment efficiently and promptly.
• Provide information and assistance to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and baggage room.
• Assist the concierge with taxi bookings.
• Alert Security or the Duty Manager to suspicious people or articles.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Secondary or high school education.
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English.
• Other languages and basic local-language understanding are advantageous.
• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
