Job Description

- Maintain knowledge of all hotel products and services.
Qualifications
- Secondary or high school education is required.
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English is required.
- Additional languages and basic understanding of local languages are advantageous.
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Good communication and customer contact skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team is required.
