Role Overview
The hotel is seeking a Guest Relations Host to create memorable guest experiences.
The role supports the guest relations team and covers varied activities across the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver all aspects of the guest journey to a high standard.
- Provide dedicated, enthusiastic, and outstanding guest service.
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department.
- Contribute as an all-rounder across varied hospitality and guest service activities.
Qualifications
- Be an excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Have a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive service attitude.
- Previous experience using the Opera Property Management System is advantageous.
