Bell Attendant Responsibilities
- Handle, load, and unload guest luggage carefully during arrivals and departures.
- Greet guests and provide guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas.
- Coordinate guest movement during peak times and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Follow guest safety and security procedures and respond promptly to requests and issues.
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to coordinate guest service.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management and support other hotel operations duties.
Qualifications
- Previous bellman or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills are required.
- Physical fitness is needed to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Professional grooming, flexible shift availability, teamwork, multitasking, and attention to detail are expected.
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services plus basic computer skills is required.
