We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in skincare, beauty treatments, and client consultation while delivering excellent customer service in a professional salon/spa/clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and body treatments
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable skincare treatments and products
- Provide massage and relaxation therapies when required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Assist in promoting salon/clinic services and retail products
- Maintain client treatment records and appointment schedules
- Follow UAE health and safety regulations and salon policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, Spa Therapist, or Beautician
- Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field
- Knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and beauty equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- DHA Eligibility/License is an advantage for clinic-based roles
