- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols
- Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and expected outcomes
- Deliver exceptional patient experience and follow up care
Requirements
- MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification
- DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License (mandatory)
- Experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
