Role Summary

  • Responsible for achieving company sales and operating profit.
  • Responsible for operating the business in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Develop an environment with true commitment and focus on providing the best customer service and quality.

Accountabilities

  • Drive and deliver sales performance.
  • Manage sales objectives and operational costs, in line with agreed business plan.
  • Guarantee the ultimate client experience, obtaining 70% overall client retention.
  • Implement processes which clearly communicates personal responsibility for achievement of sales targets.
  • Determine and implement options to correct sales underperformance or to exploit sales opportunities.
  • Ensure high standard of service is delivered at all times by the team.
  • Respond to all client complaints.
  • Ensure strict implementation of CRM responsibilities.
  • Ensure all policies and operational guidelines are implemented and followed.
  • Ensure the branch is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the highest level across all branches.
  • Demonstrate awareness of competitors.

Stock Management

  • Follow product purchasing process and ensure bookkeeping and updating of inventory at all times.
  • Plan and coordinate with the vendors’ stock deliveries and payment/invoicing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Ensure stock is kept intact in the branch software with lowest discrepancy possible.

Internal Audit

  • Ensure companies assets and cash are protected at all times.
  • Ensure that all faulty damaged items are written off properly.
  • Ensure that usage of consumable items is in line with sales of services.

Maintenance

  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the highest level.
  • Ensure that the workplace satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements.

Supply & Demand

  • Evaluate and research suppliers, products, equipment and tools.
  • Guarantee best quality – price products, equipment and tools.
  • Negotiate best deals/contracts with suppliers.
  • Follow up with supplier to resolve discrepancies.
  • Recruit, train, manage and evaluate salon staff.
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and salary reviews.
  • Identifying training needs to improve team performance.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of technical quality.
  • Ensure all staff is adequately trained on products and technical skills.
  • Ensure grooming and appearance standards are maintained.
  • Work with legal team to ensure legal requirements are met.
  • Develop/evaluate incentive schemes for all team members.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in operations and management.
  • Effective leadership skills and experience in staff management, training and development.
  • Strong focus on customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED8,000.00 AED12,000.00 per month
