- Take part in trainings and product knowledge sessions to keep growing your beauty expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or beauty
- Interest in beauty products, trends, and skincare/makeup techniques
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
- Customer focused mindset and ability to build good relationships
- Sales driven attitude and motivation to achieve results
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced retail environment
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends

Role Overview
- We’re looking for a Beauty Advisor who genuinely loves beauty, enjoys talking to people, and knows how to create a great shopping experience for every customer.
- In this role, you’ll help customers discover the right products, share beauty tips, explain product benefits, and make sure every customer feels welcomed, understood, and well taken care of.
