- Keep up to date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales driven and results oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English and Arabic
