As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team.
You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them.
You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
Being a Rituals Advisor means being a luxury sales advisor with many exciting opportunities to grow in your career.
By working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will reach your personal goals and the goals for the store.
You will interact with customers every day and ensure to provide a “best in class” customer experience.
You will follow store operational and safety procedures as well as keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
Purpose
:
Provide a meaningful shopping experience by understanding and advising customers about our products and brand philosophy.
Business Impact
Maximize customer experience and meet shop targets by executing the Rituals Feel Good Experience and daily store operations.
Interaction
- Report to the Assistant / Shop Manager
- Be part of the shop team
Creativity
Communicate effectively with customers and identify opportunities to improve own performance.
Your Store
- Achieve individual goals to meet shop KPIs.
- Conduct customers sales transactions accurately.
- Follow store safety procedures.
- Handle stock deliveries properly.
- Keep the shop and stockroom clean and organized.
Your Team
- Be a flexible team player, open to change.
- Collaborate with others to meet shared goals.
Your Rituals
- Follow Rituals styling guidelines.
- Advise and demonstrate products to customers according to our Feel-Good Experience.
- Know our products and services well.
- Complete (online) training on new Rituals initiatives and commercial focus.

Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or beauty industry
