Requirements
- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide accurate, safe, and tailored beauty advice
- Deep product knowledge of facial, body, and hair care items, including ingredients, benefits, and appropriate usage
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach to engaging, educating, and supporting customers
- Experience in retail sales, including recommending products, closing sales, and working toward individual or store targets
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (beneficial)

Role Description
- The Beauty Advisor is a full time, on site role based in Amman, responsible for representing RIVAGE and its Dead Sea–based product lines.
- On a day to day basis, the Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, provides personalized consultations, and recommends appropriate facial, body, and hair care products based on individual needs and concerns.
- The role includes demonstrating product usage, explaining key ingredients and benefits, and ensuring an engaging in store experience that reflects the brand’s values.
- The Beauty Advisor supports retail sales activities, such as managing product displays, maintaining stock levels, and processing transactions accurately.
- This role also involves educating customers on proper skin care routines, collecting feedback, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and uphold high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide accurate, safe, and tailored beauty advice.
- Deep product knowledge of facial, body, and hair care items, including ingredients, benefits, and appropriate usage.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach to engaging, educating, and supporting customers.
- Experience in retail sales, including recommending products, closing sales, and working toward individual or store targets.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: prior experience in beauty or spa environments, familiarity with natural or mineral based cosmetics, strong communication skills in English and Arabic, ability to stand for extended periods, and a proactive, team oriented work style.
