Position Summary
Bartender role supporting pool and beach food and beverage service at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.
The position delivers beverage preparation and guest service according to Ritz-Carlton quality standards.
Schedule and Position Details
- Schedule is full time.
- Position type is non-management.
- The role is not located remotely.
Bar and Beverage Service
- Prepare drinks using specified recipes and measuring systems.
- Open and serve wine and champagne bottles.
- Prepare fresh garnishes and maintain bar tools and surfaces.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies and transport supplies to the bar setup area.
Cashiering and Closing
- Process payment methods and complete cashier reports.
- Count the bank, resolve discrepancies, secure receipts and funds, and complete closing duties.
- Secure liquor, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
