Position Summary

Bar Operations

• Prepare drinks according to specified recipes and measuring systems.
• Open and serve wine and champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain the bar, bar unit, tables, tools, and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, stock supplies, transport materials, and wash glassware.
• Complete replenishment, payment processing, cashier reporting, security, and closing duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required or listed.
• No license or certification is listed.

Work Conditions

• The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire shift.
• The role requires moving objects up to 50 pounds and working on uneven, slippery, narrow, elevated, or stair-accessed surfaces.
• The role requires bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and reaching overhead and below the knees.

Standards and Conduct

• Complete required safety training and certifications and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
