Role Overview
Fundamental Hospitality is hiring an experienced Bartender for Little Mykonos at Sirene by GAIA in Dubai.
Little Mykonos is an indoor venue designed for exclusive hire and can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar bartender position within nightlife or lifestyle restaurant concepts.
- Previous experience at a nightlife venue is mandatory.
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Applicants should currently be based in Dubai and available to attend a trial.
Schedule
- The schedule is 3–4 days per week.
- The role provides two days off weekly.
