A chic all-day dining room opening in Dubai, built on a single idea — simple things done properly, from the first coffee of the day to the last drink of the night.
You run the bar across the whole day — coffee and tea service in the morning, cocktails and aperitivo by evening.
What The Role Covers
- Craft drinks with precision and speed across every part of the day
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, compliant and ready throughout service
- Recommend with confidence and make the bar the best seat in the room
- Work in sync with the floor and the kitchen through peak service
What We'Re Looking For
- One to two years as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, coffee and tea
- Awareness of UAE regulations on alcohol service
- Fluent English; a second European language an advantage
