One room, three registers: mornings, a full lunch service, and an evening that fills from the city rather than from a hotel lobby.
You keep the bar stocked, clean and ready so the bartender can stay with the guest and the craft.
What The Role Covers
- Set up, restock and reset the bar before and throughout service
- Learn the products, the equipment and the setup quickly
- Keep the bar clean, compliant and presentable from open to close
- Support the bartender and the wider team wherever you are needed
What We'Re Looking For
- No prior experience required; energy, reliability and genuine interest in the bar
- Some bar or hospitality experience is a plus
- Fluent English, a second European language is an advantage
