Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a bar, nightclub, lounge, hotel, or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled, energetic, and customer focused Bartender to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume bars, lounges, or nightlife venues and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 2500–3000 per month (depending on experience)
- Service charge and performance incentives
