Work You’ll Do

Qualifications

• Must Have:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• One or more years of hands‑on CNC machining experience, completion of a machining certificate program, or a combination of training and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (11pm–7am) and train on 1st shift as required.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with routine machine maintenance and inspection tools.
• Basic proficiency with standard computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
