Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, coffee station, and workstations
- Process customer payments accurately
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
- Refill supplies and ensure all service areas are well stocked
- Follow company standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house team
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista and/or Waiter is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Own UAE Visa is preferred
- Must be willing to work at any Nolu's Restaurant location in Abu Dhabi
