- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized coffee station and equipment
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, dairy, and pastry items, and report shortages
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista
- Proficient in operating commercial espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing equipment
- Solid knowledge of coffee bean profiles and grind adjustments
- Excellent communication skills and professional grooming standard
- Good command of both Arabic and English

Role Summary
- Seeking a passionate, creative, and service oriented Barista to join the food and beverage team. Act as an ambassador of Hyatt's premium hospitality by delivering high quality beverages and creating genuine connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages in accordance with Hyatt's high quality standards and recipes.
- Demonstrate strong milk texturing skills and create visually appealing latte art.
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with menu selections, take orders accurately, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized coffee station and equipment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, dairy, and pastry items, and report shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- This position is strictly open to Saudi Nationals.
- Proven experience as a Barista (passionate candidates with strong foundational skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in operating commercial espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing equipment. Solid knowledge of coffee bean profiles and grind adjustments.
- Excellent communication skills, professional grooming standard, and collaborative mindset.
- Good command of both Arabic and English.
