**Retaj Hotels & Hospitality** manages hotel properties and real estate projects aligned with Islamic hospitality standards.
As part of the Food & Beverage (F&B) team, **a Barista** in **Retaj hotels** is responsible for preparing beverages and delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment
Take guest orders and provide recommendations
Ensure high-quality presentation and taste consistency
Maintain cleanliness of the café/bar area
Handle cash/POS transactions
Follow hygiene, food safety, and hotel service standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
Requirements
Experience as a barista or in F&B service (preferred)
Knowledge of coffee preparation and machine handling
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
