We're looking for an experienced Barista who takes real pride in their craft. Someone who enjoys working with premium products, thrives in a busy environment and understands that outstanding service is just as important as outstanding coffee.

Prepare exceptional coffee, speciality drinks and seasonal beverages to the highest standard

Deliver warm, engaging and memorable customer service

Build genuine relationships with customers and become a familiar face they look forward to seeing each day

Maintain an immaculate coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety

Support the wider catering team and contribute to creating an outstanding hospitality experience

Share ideas, embrace new trends and continually develop your coffee knowledge

Previous Barista experience within a busy hospitality environment

Passion for coffee, quality ingredients and exceptional customer service

Confidence preparing a wide range of speciality coffees

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude, attention to detail and pride in your work

A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
