Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso based drinks, according to approved recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all beverages
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly
- Adjust coffee extraction, grind size, and milk texture to meet quality standards
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
- Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations
- Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels
- Ensure all coffee equipment, tools, and work areas are clean and well maintained
- Support the service and kitchen teams during peak hours and busy periods
Requirements
- Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso techniques, and milk texturing
- Experience with specialty coffee and basic latte art is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volume service
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
