- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment
- Follow company recipes, presentation standards, and food safety procedures
- Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Minimum 1 2 years of barista experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
