- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
- Work closely with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, luxury hotel, or similar hospitality environment
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and specialty coffee preparation
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

The Role
- We're looking for a passionate and energetic Barista who loves crafting exceptional coffee and creating memorable guest experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
- Share your knowledge of our beverages and menu to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked coffee station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Work closely with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, luxury hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for coffee and exceptional guest service.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and specialty coffee preparation.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
