Role Overview
Maqsaf W Canteen Restaurant is seeking an experienced Specialty Coffee Barista.
The role focuses on specialty coffee, espresso preparation, brewing methods, and café customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop or café.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso preparation, and brewing methods.
- Ability to operate and maintain professional coffee machines and grinders.
- Good knowledge of coffee extraction, grinding, dosing, and milk steaming.
- Ability to prepare Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, Americano, and other espresso-based beverages.
- Knowledge of latte art is an advantage.
- Good customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Gulf experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,000 to QAR 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
