Operate the SAKCO LE CAFE showroom coffee bar while handling full cashier duties.
Prepare high-quality drinks, manage daily transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, professional environment.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based at SAKCO LE CAFE in Dubai.
- The work location is in person.
- The position is full-time.
Barista Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed.
- Keep the coffee bar clean, stocked, and organized.
- Manage daily opening and closing routines.
- Educate customers about drinks, beans, and preparation methods.
Cashier and Customer Service
- Handle POS billing, receipts, cash, card payments, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer records and complete end-of-day balancing.
- Greet and assist customers browsing the showroom.
- Provide professional, friendly service aligned with SAKCO brand standards.
- Support retail product sales when needed.
Showroom Support
- Maintain overall showroom cleanliness and ambience.
- Ensure the coffee corner reflects a premium, minimal, modern aesthetic.
- Report stock levels and coordinate replenishment with management.
Requirements
- At least three years of barista experience is required; the requirements also state a minimum of four years in cafés or specialty coffee shops.
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, brew methods, and latte art is required.
- Cashier or POS system experience, communication skills, customer service skills, and multitasking ability are required.
- Fluent English, professionalism, punctuality, and presentability are required.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 4,500 per month.
