Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop environment
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and ability to consistently produce high quality beverages
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment
- Strong latte art skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Description
- Baxterstorey is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team.
- As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso based beverages, using high quality beans and proper techniques.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our coffee offerings.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy café or coffee shop environment.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and ability to consistently produce high quality beverages.
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Strong latte art skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Food safety certification (desirable).
- In depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
