Role Summary
Join a women's salon team as a Barista responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to salon clients.
The role also covers customer service, cleanliness, inventory awareness, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, and other beverages according to salon standards.
- Welcome clients, take beverage orders accurately, and provide timely, professional service.
- Maintain the coffee station and preparation area in a clean and organized condition.
- Monitor beverage and consumable inventory and inform the manager about shortages.
- Handle and store food and beverages properly while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the salon team and handle client requests to support a positive experience.
- Follow salon policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Salon Manager.
Requirements
- Previous Barista experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is required.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- Candidates should be professional, friendly, and well-presented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment is required.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene is required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team is required.
