Previous supervisory experience in a bar, pool bar, restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cocktail service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
WSET qualification is an advantage (or equivalent wine and beverage certification) preferred, with a strong knowledge of wine and spirits and demonstrated learning in the beverage industry.
Qualifications in Hotel Management, Business and/or Food & Beverage related field preferred
Flexibility to work a rotating roster – evenings, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job
