Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for every guest
- Take customer orders, process payments, and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including work area, dining area, and restrooms
- Follow all health, safety, and food sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and replenishing ingredients
- Recommend menu items and upsell products when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales and service goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Barista, Shop Assistant, or similar role in the UAE
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and POS systems
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
- Must currently reside near Ibn Battuta Mall or Jebel Ali

Job Overview
- Butter & Bread Bakery LLC is hiring a Bakery Shop Assistant for its location at Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 3,000 per month plus commission
- 10 hours duty per day
- 1 day off per week
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences.

- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for coffee, bakery products, and delivering excellent customer service.
