Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, model development, and implementation activities.
• Monitor analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support phases.
• Analyze complex application problems and evaluate business, system, and industry processes.
• Recommend security measures and advanced programming solutions.
• Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on application issues.
• Ensure procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
• Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
• Assess risk, follow applicable policies and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on proficiency with Kafka or MQ messaging systems and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Lightspeed for build management, and OpenShift deployments.
• Experience in systems analysis, application programming, and successful project implementation.
• Working knowledge of consulting or project management techniques and methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot is considered a strong plus.

Education

• Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience.
