Achiever FX is seeking a Back-Office Executive will manage daily operations related to client onboarding and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The role involves reviewing client applications and conducting KYC checks, processing client deposits and withdrawals, monitoring account activities, and preparing reconciliation reports.
You will collaborate closely with compliance and audit teams while supporting smooth global operations.
The position is based in our Dubai office.
Job Requirements
- Perform daily monetary routines including processing clients deposits and withdrawal requests and regularly reconcile and update records accordingly.
- Reviewing and verifying client financial details and transaction records to ensure compliance with AML requirements. Conduct risk assessment of client monetary transactions to identify potential fraud and other related issues and take necessary actions.
- Assist in maintaining smooth global operations of the team and actively participate in cross department collaboration.
- Effective implementation of Know your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients.
- Utilize existing relationships to generate new business leads.
- Work closely with compliance and internal audit departments, and prepare various regulatory reports related to back-office.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Preparation of daily reconciliation reports.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in in the Forex/Financial Services industry.
- Experience in client onboarding and payment processing.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Eager to learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and Mitrade s trading platform.
- Proficiency in MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools and solid MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
Education
Bachelor s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
