Achiever FX is seeking a results-driven and ambitious Account Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai.

Job Requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth.
- Execute business development plans and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects aligned with targets.
- Utilize existing relationships to generate new business leads.
- Stay updated with financial market trends and trading news.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver regular performance reports and market feedback to management.

Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Forex/Financial Services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Active client portfolio will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
- Proficiency in MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools and solid MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
Education
Bachelor s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
