Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive with strong knowledge of Forex operations and MT5 platform.

The candidate will be responsible for handling client transactions, managing trading platform operations, resolving client queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day back-office processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with MT5 Manager, client fund handling, and a solid understanding of trading elements such as swaps, spreads, commissions, and markups.

Trading Platform Operations (Mt5)

Manage and monitor activities on MT5 and MT5 Manager

Create, modify, and maintain client trading accounts

Configure trading conditions including spreads, swaps, commissions, and markups

Monitor trade executions and ensure platform accuracy

Client Transactions

Process client deposits and withdrawals in a timely and accurate manner

Verify transaction details and maintain proper records

Coordinate with payment providers and internal teams for smooth fund processing

Client Support & Queries

Handle and resolve client queries related to trading accounts, transactions, and platform issues

Provide accurate information on swaps, spreads, commissions, and trading conditions

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt communication

Ib (Introducing Broker) Management

Manage and support IB clients and partner accounts

Track IB commissions, rebates, and performance

Coordinate with sales/relationship teams for IB-related activities

Reconciliation & Reporting

Perform daily reconciliation of client transactions and trading data

Assist in generating reports related to trades, revenue, and client activity

Identify discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, Compliance, and IT

Ensure smooth flow of information between departments

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders
