Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and bays before every appointment
- Ensure all treatment equipment is cleaned, sanitised, and fully stocked at all times
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the salon
- Support artists by ensuring they have everything required to deliver outstanding treatments
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies from approved suppliers
- Welcome guests with refreshments and assist with consultation forms where required
- Escort guests to their treatment rooms and introduce them to their artist
- Support the reception team during busy periods
- Complete opening, closing, and daily operational checklists
- Provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for every guest
- Respond professionally to guest enquiries and escalate concerns where appropriate
- Report maintenance issues and assist in ensuring they are resolved promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a beauty, spa, hospitality, or similar operational role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays

About the Role

- As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in the day to day operations of the salon. You'll ensure treatment rooms are prepared to the highest standards, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, manage stock, and support both our artists and reception team to deliver the premium exp
