In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level growth strategy, campaign execution, and operations.

About the Role
High 5 Games is seeking a highly driven, data-obsessed B2C Operations CRM & Product Manager to lead and scale our player engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate the development and deployment of multi-channel CRM campaigns aimed at driving player acquisition, retention, monetization, and reactivation.
- Design and optimize automated player journeys (onboarding, conversion flows, VIP loyalty tracks, and win-back sequences) through data-backed experimentation.
- Lead the entire database workflow—from identifying target player segments and cleaning data to maintaining contact database accuracy and proper segmentation.
